Are your Spanish translations accepted by UK courts and the Home Office?
Yes. Our certified translations include the required declaration of accuracy and are accepted by UK courts, the Home Office, solicitors, universities, and embassies.
Do you provide Spanish sworn translations for Spain?
Yes. If your documents will be submitted to Spanish authorities, we arrange sworn translations (by a Traductor-Intérprete Jurado) recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC).
What is the difference between a UK certified translation and a Spanish sworn translation?
- UK Certified Translation – A signed declaration by a qualified translator/agency, valid for UK institutions such as courts, the Home Office, and universities.
- Spanish Sworn Translation – Produced by a sworn Spanish translator (appointed by MAEC), legally valid in Spain for courts, universities, and government offices.
How quickly can I receive a Spanish legal translation?
Short certificates (e.g., birth, marriage, academic records) can be translated within 24 hours. Larger legal documents may take longer, but we also offer express same-day service where possible.
Can you notarise or apostille my translations?
Yes. We can provide notarised translations (signed before a UK Notary Public) and arrange Apostille service via the FCDO, if required.
